Policy
In order to return/exchange the calling card that has been purchased from the SmartWay2Call.com site, we can accept the calling card back with the following conditions:
- The calling card has not been used. The meaning of 'not used' is no longer applied when you have heard the the minute rate that you have on the card for the first time over the phone.
- The purchase was made within one week. Beyond that period of time, we cannot serve any return.
- The name of the buyer, reason of the return, the Old PIN Number, and the purchase order number should be emailed to cs@smartway2call.com with subject line: 'Return of Calling Card Order'
- If you want to exchange it with the new calling card, you may do so by including the new calling card of the same or lesser value in your email.
For now, we cannot provide the return in the form of cash or credit card charge-back. We will give you the credit toward your next calling card purchase.
